Altered art button gift tag #00109 Altered art button gift tag This gift tag was fashioned from a vintage button set.  It is set on a 4"by2.5" piece of chipboard.  The back side is painted gold.  The front has the words "dream" and "inspire".  The top is embellished with fabric,yarn and ric-rac, and the bottom of the tag has vintage cream lace.
